My First Post = A little intro to what I've accomplished so far.

First Post
My Progression for past 14 months
Currently have 3 Gym memberships to 24 Hour Fitness, VisionQuest, and LA Fitness
Workout Schedule: M-F 2-3 hours per day

Ill start posting my meals on here along with my workouts of the day.

Today (1/22/13)
Weight Today= 280lbs
Starting Weight (11/11)= 365lbs
Net lost= 85lbs
Goal= 250lbs
